Rental Terms
The villa is normally rented on per-week basis, though in low season we can arrange per-night accomodation with minimal stay of 3 nights.
For the entire summer the chaneover day is Saturday only. During the rest of the year it is possible to rent by custom intervals, we are trying to be as flexible as possible. Please contact us directly by email if you have some specific request.
Additional Payments
Additional payments include:
- Final cleaning payment of 100 Euro. It may be negotiated to a smaller amount if your visiting group is less than 4 people but it cannot be less than 70 Euro. Additional cleanings are available at request at 15 Euro per hour. It usually takes 3-5 hours to clean the whole villa, depending on the amount of work. Please inform our rental manager in advance if you need an additional cleaning.
- Optional bed linen pack is 15 Euro per bed. It includes complete bed linen set and towles.
Additional payments are usually apid upon your arrival to the rental manager whi will meet you on-site.
We also request a safety deposit of 300 Euro refundable on keys return.
Arrival and Departure
Preferred arrival time is 15:00, though it is possible to arrive earlier - you may leave your bags in the house and wait for some time until the cleaning team finished its work. You will be met on-site by our agent who will show you around, answer your questions and collect additional payments (if any).
Normal departure time is 11:00. Late departure is allowed, you just have to inform us in advance that you plan to move lately andbe prepared to move you bags from the rooms to allow the cleaning team to start preparing the villa for a next visiting group.
Please inform us or our rental manager on your schedule as soon as you have planned your trip.
Pets
Pets allowed but in this case we request a safety deposit of 500 Euro. It will be refunded in ful in case no damage done to the property.
